How does ZERO compute my date?
From the balances, interest rates, minimum payments, and monthly capacity you enter, ZERO simulates your payoff month by month using your chosen order (smallest balance first, highest interest first, or an order you drag into place yourself). Every payment you log re-runs the plan, so the date always reflects reality. Dates built from estimated rates are labeled estimate until you confirm the real numbers.
Is my financial data safe?
ZERO never connects to your bank. Your ledger — every debt, payment, note and date — stays on your device, signed in or not: we never back it up and never keep a copy. The one exception is the coach — asking it a question sends the figures needed to answer that question, and they are not stored. Signing in is optional and creates an account holding only your profile and your conversation with Z AI. Details in the Privacy Policy.
How do trials and subscriptions work?
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial: everything unlocks on day 1, we remind you before it ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I restore a purchase?
On a new device or after reinstalling: Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple account you bought with.
How do I delete my data?
Profile → Erase all data permanently removes every debt from your device; deleting the app works too. To delete the account as well, use Profile → Z AI → Delete account, which erases your profile and your whole conversation from our server.
Something looks wrong in my plan
Open the debt and check its balance, its APR and its monthly amount — the plan is only ever as good as those three. A debt with no monthly amount cannot be projected, so the plan says so instead of guessing. If the date still looks wrong, email us the details: the arithmetic is the product, and we want it right.
