Terms of Use
Effective August 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the ZERO app, made by edevzi ("we"). By using ZERO you agree to them. If you downloaded ZERO from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What ZERO is — and is not
ZERO is a planning tool. It computes payoff dates, schedules, and interest figures from the numbers you enter — balances, rates, minimums, and capacity. Its output is an estimate, not a statement of fact and not financial advice.
- ZERO is not a financial adviser, lender, credit counselor, or bank.
- Real-world interest, fees, and lender behavior can differ from the model. Figures based on estimated rates are labeled as estimates in the app.
- Decisions about your money are yours. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZERO on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store terms. Don't copy, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
ZERO Pro, trials, and billing
- Some features require ZERO Pro, available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial), an auto-renewing monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account. Yearly subscriptions bill when the 7-day trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
Your data
Your plan data stays on your device and, if you enable sync, in your personal iCloud. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up; we cannot recover data that exists only on your hardware.
Disclaimer and liability
ZERO is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial outcomes of decisions made using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ZERO in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
